Once your order is placed, you’ll instantly receive a confirmation email. Our team may also call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order details and ensure everything is accurate.
🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch
All in-stock items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 business hours (Monday to Saturday). If any product is out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you via call or SMS with an updated timeline.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- For Karachi orders, delivery may take 2–3 business days.
- For all other cities, the estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
Please note: Public holidays or unexpected conditions may cause delays.
💳 Shipping Charges
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for delivery anywhere in Pakistan, regardless of the order size or weight.

We deliver through trusted courier partners like Trax, BlueEx, and TCS, ensuring your package reaches you securely and on time.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier company’s website.
🛑 Order Cancellation
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
🏠 Delivery Address Policy
Orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided at checkout. Address changes after order placement may not be accommodated.
⏳ Delivery Delays
In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to weather, strikes, or other logistical issues.
